Having worked at some awesome restaurants and not so awesome restaurants, I can tell you with certainty that the managers are almost always in a fucking rush and are total cunts that will try to sleep with your boyfriend or fuck your girlfriend. You're just going to have to deal with it and know that they get shit done and keep the place running. Your food was good, now go take your meds.
