http://policecrimes.com/forum/ Phoenix police release video released of 2005 incident. The raw video is of Officer Richard Chrisman making an arrest in 2005. In the video you will see several officers. Officer Chrisman is the one holding a billy club.

The suspect is handcuffed and a female officer begins to search her. You will then see officer Chrisman hand the female officer a crack pipe, which she then puts down the suspect's dress. The female officer quickly pulls the pipe out of the woman's dress and shows it to her. Ugh. You know it is all about power when they go after the week and helpless...wouldn't want to do that to a well to do white person...they would sue!
