Which means like other 3rd world countries we should work to end taxes completely so that they can come and rape us with the lowest wages imaginable. That's how 3rd world countries get contracts by beating down their people and making sure that they have a complete handle on them so they'll make shoes for a cent an hour.

Basically it means that there's another World Senate of corporations that have Veto power on all governmental policies regardless if the people want them or not. Actually they probably don't share his views or understand what he's talking about. He was probably elected by 20% of the actual electorate where he's from.
