oritteroposays...Fair enough, but you could just skip that step... I certainly don't ever plan to sieve eggs, but I thought the recipe looked pretty good or I wouldn't have posted it
Actually I thought it might be a good norimake ingredient instead of the usual Japanese style omelette, but obviously sliced lengthways not into rolls.
