blankfistsays...The female narrator is condescending.

darkrowansays...my brain mommy, it bleeds!!!
garmachisays...I remember using Softimage and Mathematica in college to generate complex surfaces and such. This was a nice trip down memory lane for me. However, I would have liked it better if the narrators didn't sound computer-generated as well.
Mind bending stuff... Very nice.
syncronsays...Why are walls allowed to pass through each other? What kind of solid material would have this type of property? Use a liquid and you can cut all the corners you'd like. Besides, how is inverting a sphere useful in any way? I wanna downvote for such a pointless video >.<
rottenseedsays...*sigh* syncron, you obviously don't understand the beauty of mathematical concept no matter how useless or impossible the application is.
TerraKhansays...Hmmm... it seems that far too much time has been spent on something strangely fascinating and utterly useless. Why am I reminded of Paris Hilton?
Thylansays...Deanna Troi anyone?
lordnullsays...At least after watching this I feel somewhat smarter, unlike how I feeling after watching Paris.
djsunkidsays...Oh gluonium! WHERE ARE YOU!
sineralsays...I don't know much about this particular instance, but in general seemingly esoteric math like this *is* useful, though sometimes the use isn't discovered until after the math problem is solved. Everything from studying how proteins fold to studying fundamental physics requires far out math like this.

That's usually the case...math is usually ahead of its practical applications.
