I guess this is that less-intrusive "small government" I keep hearing about.

I just don't get the reasoning behind the blacks supporting this... I mean who needs equality right? It is not like they were ever oppressed and needed to fight for their... oh wait...

The clause itself is un-constitutional. Marriage is traditionally a religious right..mixing religion with the constitution....dear god the founders would be rolling in their graves at that.

I'm looking forward to the day when marriage is no longer the business of government.
