Charges can range from public indecency to interfering with a flight crew, a crime that comes with up to a 20 year sentence!

If you want to join the mile high club, rent a private plane. There are companies that cater to exactly that. It’s cheaper than a lawyer, and you’ll still be allowed to fly afterwards.
