I always thought it was made using CGI, because of the logistics involved with creating those effects, so i posted this

totally amazing, never seen it, the wide perspective bldg shot at ~3:52 was the best

Brilliant vid Ren. I wish more companies would get off their arses and invest in some decent advertising. If it's gonna get rammed down our throats all the time then at least make it slightly enjoyable.

Ren: it's an advertisement, you love it, why not give them some credit?

I'm curious what the 3d guys were working on though, given that it was done for real...

I think the CGI was to edit out the cranes/paint bombs and probably to 'enhance' the colour sky etc. Great advert, but I'd still never buy a Sony product!
