Irritatingly happy, Horrendous music and the occasional religious reference... yes you guessed it, its Gospel Aerobics.

This guy has confused being a religious fitness instructor with being so gay and untalented he'd make Richard Simmons cringe. I think he just wants to dance.

Yeah, it's hokey, but no more so than Taebo (sp?) or Richard Simmons or countless other aerobics videos, why can't people find activities that don't involve someone wearing a brightly colored shirt yelling "2,3,4, now the left side!"

Better then sweeting to the oldies with a nasty short hairy gay guy, and a 350 pound woman in the background.

God hates gay aerobics instructors. Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13.
