I'd say this qualifies as a dupe but out of respect for rasch I won't * discuss it right away. If someone seconds, though, I think more folks should weigh in on the matter.

^ I'd say you're way off. This is half the length of the other vid and is focused on one specific subject. That other vid was sifted as part 2 of a whole show and those two vids should be considered one vid imo. But either way, there are many other cases of stuff like this around the sift. If this were a dupe you might as well * dupeof all stand up acts with clips from full shows that have been sifted before.

I'd say it qualifies as a dupe since the whole clip is already sifted, i may be biased having sifted the other however, but I've had people call dupe because a vid was partly duplicated elsewhere so I dont know

The other clip is hardly the full show, and basically this bit + 4 minutes of other material. Balls to the wall, I would probably say it's dupe, but it's definitely a gray area.

The dupe situation for this clip is actually black and white. According to the FAQ and many past precedents, if a clip is a subset of another video already submitted, that clip is a dupe. It's a rule I've often said needs adjustment (somehow), alas I'm always ignored.

So, anyway, this clip can apparently legitimately be dupeof'd. (I say "apparently" because I haven't watched the other video myself.)
