LOL - Armando Iannucci's great; gets my vote everytime!

I love this clip.
I posted it a few months ago and it only got about 4 votes. It deserves a lot more

Well I've wanted to post a Time Trumpet clip for a while, but it's pretty difficult to find one that's accessible to someone that doesn't know the show. I think the basic idea here's plain enough, even if you don't know why they're reminiscing in the way they are.

I love Iannucci, he can take the most ludicrous subject (at least I hope this will still be considered a joke in 2013...) and make the most wonderfully straight faced show about it.

Replace Tesco with Walmart and this is actually pretty scary... "For a long time they'd yearned to create a super-state, which was the first retail country"... makes me shudder.
