As far as the Japanese is concerned, 'エッチ' is the Japanese representation for the letter 'H', which is the first letter of 'Hentai'. 'Hentai' means pervert but has come to mean 'sex' in modern Japanese. As for 'weeaboo', I have no idea...

Someone who is obsessed with Japan/Japanese Culture/Anime, etc. and attempts to act as if they were Japanese, even though they're far from it. They use Japanese words but usually end up pronouncing them wrong and sounding like total assholes. You can find alot of these faggots clogging up the forums of Gaia Online, hanging out in the international aisle of the supermarket, or crowding the manga section of your local bookstore.

It still means perverted/pervert, it's not a mainstream word for sex.

If you're a teen in Japan, doing "ecchi" is gunna be some kind of sexual shenanigan.

Yeah, "ecchi wo suru" is equivalent to "have sex," but that's like saying "do the nasty" in English. I'd assume that "sekkusu wo suru" (literally have sex) would be more prelavent.

In any case...hooray Whose Line lol.
