I thought this movie was the lamest, most overrated crap I've seen in a long time. No offense to those that liked it. I just found it to be bland, uninspired, and lack any real plot or character development. Kinda like Little Miss Sunshine, which was also raved about, but was boring as hell.

Wow. I'm not even sure what to say to that. I've already seen the film three times, and as far as I'm concerned it's easily the best film of the year, if not the decade. It's pretty much phenomenal in every way (the performances, direction, writing, cinematography, score)... But to each his own, I guess.

Yeah...opinions/tastes lol. I will give this one the ol' upvote though, as this was one of the good scenes (the interplay between those two had some good moments, and this was one of them).

JAPR, I can understand not liking PTA, he is a love him or hate him kind of director, but EVERYONE likes Little Miss Sunshine!?!?!

I didn't like "Little Miss Sunshine" but I am abrasive and against the grain like that.

I'm wondering if I should see this. 50/50 shot I'll like it I guess.
