hehe... well its obvious that the diamonds in the final shot weren't the ones in the bowl, but i'll believe (or disbelieve) it when i see it for myself. i really want to try this.

few problems. 1) you need a crazy amount of pressure (earths crust type pressure) and 2) the final "diamonds" in this video are actually zirconia fakes.

however, you *can* make diamonds, but the process is so costly that you lose money in the process, and final output is of very poor quality.
