shatterdrosesays...I had a guy rear end me one time. We were both at a red light and he decided suddenly he was just going to go. Slammed into the back of me, got out of the car, and shrugged off the officer because he wanted to finish his phone call.
But then again, the headline could me "Man shoots motorist who caused accident while texting" Or hell, let's have the "gun for everyone" solution and it would be "Gun battle ensues over driver causes accident while on phone."
