Djevelsays...I could imagine someone with OCD freaking out over that dude's granite counter-top. It made me want to take out a washcloth and start scrubbing.

choggiesays...Thanks dd, yeah Djevel, this is definitely not the instruction viddy for anyone with obsessive cleaning issues-When you don the chef's scrubs it's implied that a separate support staff take over after the magic happens.

lucky760says...Nice cookin', choggie. You actually don't have to soak the wrapper in the water so much. Just give it the old once over then lay it down and start piling on the fixin's and it'll be softened up by the time you start rolling. Also, the water should be warm.
(In Vietnamese they're called gỏi cuốn.)
