Nice cookin', choggie. You actually don't have to soak the wrapper in the water so much. Just give it the old once over then lay it down and start piling on the fixin's and it'll be softened up by the time you start rolling. Also, the water should be warm.

(In Vietnamese they're called gỏi cuốn.)
