A seed gets cut in half

Katana, finest sword ever made. Broadswords and their ilk are too brutal, and thought the curve helps in slicing a scimitar just doesn't have the same... grace when it cuts through the air.

Broadsword was far cheaper and easier to make with the same cutting power and therefore far more effective as a military weapon.

God I love these! Would someone please tell me where they come from?

Also, someone should try to find the NOVA doc on katanas that came out this year. It's one of the most interesting documentaries I've ever seen.

Fake. Where's the characteristic 5 second delay between when the blade strikes and when the apple splits in two gushing 10 gallons of apple blood?! The Hitokiri Battousai would not be impressed. -.-

Most overextended slo-mo replay I've seen in a long time. That video was over at :20, yet it drags on for another 36 seconds.
