Gordon Ramsay's Shepherd's Pie

Gordon Ramsay, clearly on amphetamine shows us how to make a shepherd's pie, but he doesn't really give you ingredients in amounts, you kind of just have to watch and wing it. Anyway, i've tasted it and it's heaven

Looks friggen delicious (I do love a good Shepard's pie), but I also wish amounts were given (I'm guessing they may be elsewhere in the show/dvd/wherever this came from).

You could approximate by watching this and do pretty well I think, and to a certain extent it's good to not be exact, but it would be good to have a good idea to start with.

But... yumm.

Yeah, this is from Gordon Ramsay's F-Word, which consists of a bunch of different segments, including a competition to work for him, a recipe battle with various celebrities, watching him raise food animals and other random items, so the recipe segments aren't particularly detailed. Good show though.

I am getting my mince out now for the marrow.
