Great find Schmawy- Perse has a vague memory of this ad and is fond of Holdens for more nostaligic reasons ...

Not a big fan of Holdens these day. boxy utility cars mainly made in Europe by GM's Opel and shipped over here for assembly.

I do like a good meat pie with the lot though. (the lot being gravy, potatoes and mushy peas)

Aren't kangaroos just sorta all over the place down there? I feel like Austrailians loving kangaroos is something Americans made up. It's like saying Americans just can't get enough of pigeons, or racoons.
