I noticed lately with these Weekly Wipe segments, Doug's just been rehashing bits from shows he did years ago. Makes me wonder if any of them have been new material...

He describes them in almost exactly those terms on twitter in fact.

He doesn't have much of a mainstream presence in the UK & it's pretty standard practice for comedians who make the transatlantic jump (one way or the other) to take a bunch of their best older material and reuse it to gain a foothold.

I'm more concerned that this is getting closer to Hicks material every day. I'm sure he did some of this shit.
