As an ex-bus driver, I can confirm that I did not receive ANY training of any sort on calming and handling injured deer.

It's one of those things you simply have to walk right into-If you can get a hand on her nose and one on her hind quarters you might be able to guide her out of the bus and away from your balls, always protecting the balls...
