Why do Abdominal and Atmosphere sound so alike?

Why does all rap sound so alike? I played this and I'm like "wow, this sounds just like it has for the past 10 years".

Ok, I'm old. But to me it all just sounds like a bunch of guys with a rhyme dictionary and a drum machine.
