Conclusive Proof of the Existence of Ghosts

I've seen many videos of supposed ghosts, all of which can be easily faked. But this particular video depicts a presence so detailed and realistic that it would be very difficult to create with modern technology.

How can you a-ghostists claim that ghosts do not exist, when there is concrete proof here and also in Ghostbusters, where they clearly bust ghosts. It says so right in the title!
