ulysses1904says...Letterman was funny in the 80s when he was the antidote to mainstream TV. Now he's just part of the noise. This bit had high production values but wasn't actually funny. Just like anything else you would see on mainstream late-night TV.
EvilDeathBeesays...I don't believe I've ever seen a single funny Letterman clip. I've never actually watched the show, but aren't clips on the internet supposed to be like the best bits? If these are the best bits, what's the actual entire show like? Chewing on sandpaper?
poolcleanersays...I loved Letterman back in the '80s. He always had the most elaborate, prop driven stunts and guests. Then Conan showed up.
