It looks like the cat is biting at a bug or something, and it sounds like a human voice making dumb noises is dubbed over it.

Yeah, I don't buy that the cat is making those noises. I'd put it at about a 1% chance of being legitimate, 99% chance this guy is just trying to scam some views on YT.
