California to Montana Roadtrip Timelapse

Nice *musical choice. I like how when you enter Idaho and Montana you see a lot less cars and a lot more road. Almost didn't need the graphic to know when you entered those states. *promote

Long time listener, er viewer, first time poster. Very interesting video. Especially nice to see scenery I've never had the occasion to see in person. I need to take a drive out west sometime.

On another note, it was dismaying to see that left lane camping is apparently not unique to Indiana but is apparently a universally American idiocy. Frakkers.

Lest anyone not realize, this video was actually filmed by dystopianfuturetoday on his road trip from Anaheim to Montana (with a camera recommended by Sift videographer, youdiejoe). That's so awesome.

Fantastic vid, Issy and DFT!

[edit]
By the by, what was the interval between each snapshot and how many total shots make up the video?

dystopianfuturetodaysays...

Thanks, Lucky

The interval was 1 shot every 5 seconds. With roughly a 5:44 runtime @ 30fps, this video consists of around 10320 individual pictures. There are a few missing hours, (Las Vegas to Mesquite, a bit of Montana along the I-90 and the last 15 miles of the trip) because my camera battery ran out of charge.
