Is that regulation hair length? You can see how wearing it down fucks with your vision. Especially in windy situations like this.

You have GOT to aim the camera at the name tag, people.
There's rarely any action against officers not clearly identified acting disgracefully (well, honestly, there's rarely any against those clearly identified too).
