CCTV: Cyclist falls into gap on lift bridge

Apparently inebriated woman appears ready to jump a drawbridge on her bicycle, ala Elwood Blues, but instead tumbles into a crack. The bridge stops (is it the operator, or is there some automatic safety feature?). Bystanders haul her out. Nobody dies.
