I'm sorry, I didn't understand the rules of the site..I did upload this to youtube. I uploaded it to youtube to post it on here because I thought it was funny. I wasn't trying to game your system..sorry. (and why does it matter that i uploaded it?)

Aww, harsh. The dude had posted comments, seemed to want to legitimately be a part of the community. A warning would have sufficed in this case.

@shinyblurry it matters because if it is allowed, then we open up the doors to spammers, so it's an effort to make the law equal for all users. In any case, you admitted you were at fault, but the reason was ignorance, not malice. I say, reinstate shinyblurry and this will be his slap on the wrist.

The point of this site is video sharing, not video creating. If you make something yourself, you are free to link it certain places, but you are not allowed to "sift" it. It's one of the very basic rules of the site, which I do believe is also highlighted when you submit as a P (probationary member).
