1. Every time he says "Obama" - replace it with "Bush".
2. Every time he says "Republicans" - replace it with "Democrats".

Pot - meet kettle. Everything Mr. Doofus is whining about was both developed and perfected by Democrats about 50 years before any Republican even considered stepping in that field.
