CamWsays...so very simple and yet so very beautiful
zomggsays...The tag is a bit misleading, microfluidics generally refers to scales on the order of microns (1e-6 meters) while this appears to be closer to the scale of millimeters. While the link from the source at Youtube leads to some actual microfluidic devices, this doesn't really qualify.
However, still amazing, I could watch high speed camera fluid videos all day.

I believe it's the water's surface tension. The hydrogens of the water are positively charged and attracted to the negatively charged oxygen.
