They do. It's called team in construction yard.

We've been here 12 years and this is the first time ants have tried to make a move on our house (this summer). I finally picked up some ant poison last week. We knew it was time when we watched a tiny little any go up to the window ledge and grab a dead fly and carry him across the floor in front of us...

Actually, I encoded it as lowest audio quality. Who cares about the audio anyways!
