Nonetheless, it depresses me by reminding me of the second movie.

Somehow I don't think six years is going to be enough time for us to have all of the cool stuff they promised like flying cars, one-inch exploding pizzas, hoverboards, and self-drying jackets. We might be able to swing that vest that makes the chicken noises though.

^ Wrong. Clearly, this mashup could have been bettered had the Enterprise then crashed into the Death Star, causing a massive explosion whose shockwave destroys Alderaan, forces the coneheads to divert to Earth, and whose radiation causes the dead to rise in a small rural town in the 60s.
