noimssays...Whilst I agree completely with what they're saying, the format is that of an adversarial argument. In fact, it was an obvious scripted dialogue intended to establish a proposition (quote straight out of Monty Python).
7:22 was my favourite: "throwing money into both sides [...] republicans and democrats". That's one side. There's no opposition to the view that they have.
tl;dr: point good; presentation bad.
