(youtube) ♫ Its not representing the biggest hits of the year necessarily based on charts. Its just a collection of recent pop hits that fitted together and worked well in my head. I was not trying to balance the artists either, i went with whatever structure felt right. The point was to make a single track that represents the pop of today.♫

Would be awesome if someone did this with good songs.

That was really good except for gangnum style, which I think was a little forced in. I had to go back and watch videos of several of those songs to see where they fit in because I had trouble telling where songs took over from the last one (even with the video cues showing a new artist).

I like how all pop hits are similar enough to mash together seemlessly!

No but seriously, don't bother releasing songs next year pop people. Just let this guy distill it all down to the chorus/hook and we won't be missing anything.
