An interview with Dick Cheney after the 1976 presidential election between Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter. Although he is hard to recognize by sight, you can sort of tell that it is him.

He served Nixon as an intern. The guy was born this way.

You can tell in how he talks about the 'warm moment' in this video with the same candor he talks about Iraq's weapons proliferation. All heart, this guy.
