Croccydilesays...This is instant blidness at these power levels even from stray reflections. Anyone viewing this in the same room needs filter goggles or you will go blind.
100mW is quite a bit to begin with, standard laser pointers are classified as <1 mW and "powerful" laser pointers for presentations are <5mW
5mW is enough as it is to cause temporarily blindness, and 100mW will blind you as well.
