funny how the kid is just having fun and the guy is scrambling. wonder if ego and self image is ruining his thinking.

If you ignore the age and look at the FIDE ratings of these guys their credentials are not that far apart, especially if you consider that they are playing a non-standard (rapid) match:

To be fair it is a speed game and he just messed up an instantly realized it. Not really a big deal.
