I get as angry as the next guy at cops abuse of power but if the guy is being arrested and he resists what else is the cops going to do? Hell people get put in choke holds all the time, they drop, you let go, they're fine.

So the next question is, if you don't let him swallow the drugs and you don't want this cop to try and arrest him, what's left? Give him a ticket and let the meth-ed out drug addict get back in his car and on his way. Cause I guarantee you if he gets pulled over, let go, then kills someone on his way home everyone would be just as up in arms with the cop for having pulled the guy over and not doing something.

Actually in soccer you can technically throw it in with the flip legally. If done right as you come around both feet are planted when the balls released and it is coming from directly over head. I played in several games where it was used.....and allowed.
