Well, January-March 2016 temperature records are already in. They are all the hottest on record so far. I can't find the source but it's been pegged at a 99% chance from that point that 2016 will be one of the warmest on record already. I think Bill Nye's playing this one pretty conservatively.

No one would laugh if someone got on stage and said, "Boy, childbirth sure is harder than pizza delivery".
to be fair, she almost certainly objected to the idea that being pregnant and giving birth takes less effort than ordering a pizza.
his exact wording was that it takes more effort to order a pizza than to have a kid. i understand the joke fine, but pregnancy, wanted/planned or not is quite a bit more effort than ordering pizza- and thats without addressing the actual effort it takes to "have a kid". i think its normal for a mother to get defensive with this joke, and it does seem like he was fishing for the response.

She is actually very smart since the popular vote means nothing, it all comes down to how many delegates a candidate has at the convention. While Bernie has been railing against Wall St., Clinton has been quietly getting superdelegates to promise to vote for her. There are 2436 total delegates at the DNC of which 714 are "superdelegates". In September, Clinton already had the votes of over 400 superdelegates.
