Seems like the point anymore is to get the answers they want...the truth doesnt always work into their plans.

I think all these crap shows are just scripted to make them look like reality shows. It's all actors, it's all for ratings and judging by the comments it's working.

The fun part is that you may have been relatively lucid during some of that period, and simply experienced the anterograde amnesia that's a (desirable) side-effect of the sedative. So you were awake doing stuff, but just weren't forming memories of those actions.

The hemp decorticator promised to eliminate much of the need for wood-pulp paper, thus threatening to drastically reduce the value of the vast timberlands still owned by Hearst. Ford and other companies were already promising to make every product from cannabis carbohydrates that was currently currently being made from petroleum hydrocarbons. In response, from 1935 to 1937, Du Pont lobbied the chief counsel of the Treasury Department, Herman Oliphant, for the prohibition of cannabis, assuring him that Du Pont's synthetic petrochemicals (such as urethane) could replace hemp seed oil in the marketplace.

William Randolf Hearst hated minorities, and he used his chain of newspapers to aggravate racial tensions at every opportunity. Hearst especially hated Mexicans. Hearst papers portrayed Mexicans as lazy, degenerate, and violent, and as marijuana smokers and job stealers. The real motive behind this prejudice may well have been that Hearst had lost 800,000 acres of prime timberland to the rebel Pancho Villa, suggesting that Hearst's racism was fueled by Mexican threat to his empire.

Like the description says on my "Not all cops are bad, ya know!" playlist, the internet is full of videos that show cops being bad - either abusing their powers or using too much force. But people don't seem to realize that not all cops are bad. It's just usually the ones that make it to the internet that are.
After all, how interesting of a video is it when a cop simply does his job in a respectful and professional manner?
People with a "fuck the police" attitude are morons as far as I can see. A police force is vital to keeping peace and order in any society. If there were no police, what's to keep someone from robbing your house at will, or robbing a bank with no fear consequence?

You've obviously never been robbed and then had the police show up and with a "oh great, we have to fill out a report now attitude" then tell you that they'll probably never catch the guy. The only thing keeping someone from robbing YOUR house at will is that they saw your neighbors tv and hit them instead.

I read all the comments and MOST seemed to come up with a reason WHY she should have been searched. How about this scenario. A lady is taking food to her elderly grandmother. Her drunk cousin shows up who grandma took in because she is a screwup. Cousin hits her and then takes off back to the bar. Helpful neighbor calls police. Lady hands them ID of her dead sister she keeps for memories by accident, cop thinks she's lying and starts playing tough guy cop and arrests her. They take her to the station (without getting medical attention first) and she is uncooperative since she just got beat up and has a concussion. Cops get pissed and since she has cuts/bruises assume she did it to herself. She's now a suicide threat and next thing lady knows she's naked in a cell wrapped in toilet paper!

"We ran a campaign that was uplifting." I believe most of his ad's told us how if we didnt support him that terrorists were going to blow more stuff up, oh how that raised my spirits!
