lullaby_luneNot really, to be honest. I usually check the Sift because I've just seen a video that made me laugh, inspired me, or I otherwise thought was awesome and worth sharing. It's never been about the points for me -- they're more like a pleasant surprise if anything.
That being said, having the points there gives me a sense that I can contribute something to the community here when I do check in. (even if my possible uses for Power Points are still pretty limited)
Good points. But would a use by date not cause you to check the sift more often, to keep your points from expiring? (...)

I would like some of those unused power points. I would use them to get more attention to other sifters videos which didn't get the attention they needed the first time through. I like looking back at posts that are many years old and finding those few gems.
