digitalpimpSave your rage for those that don't do anything for the site. I fixed a shitload of videos to gift points to other members who have been helping me here. They weren't used for my own personal gain. The comment I made to oritteropo was in jest. Though the added incentive of points or a badge is a brilliant idea. Take a peek through the top 15 sifters list and see how many necromancer badges there are. I've fixed more than many of them have.
Am I a dick? Maybe. But I needed to get that off of MY chest.

It's only a rip off if everything you do on the sift (like fixing dead videos) has to be about you gaining something and not about just helping out to make the sift a better site. This type of attitude has infected the sift in the past year or two and why the sift is a mere shell of what it use to be.
Maybe I just don't like change.
