It doesn't have a pronunciation. It stems from my days in high school when AOL Instant Messenger was just getting popular. I was trying to find a decent screenname, but everything I liked was already taken. I didn't want to do what so many people do (add random/significant numbers to an already bland/overused name), so I just smacked the keyboard in frustration. Bam! Amxcvbcv was born. Now it's my sure-fire way to create a login name I'll never forget.

When we covered barotrauma in our pathology class, the professor showed a picture of a Marine that tried to put out the fuse on an M-80 by biting it. There wasn't anything left resembling a face below his eyes. On the plus side, his tongue was still attached... somewhat.
