My brother is there right now. This is the first year that actually had tickets sell out. Apparently it's becoming a lot more commercial, but from what he tells me it's still something worth experiencing.

Actually, he was passing on the right, something you're not supposed to do for this exact reason.

License plates look like PL for Poland (and what seemed like someone calling out in Polish at the end). No surprise there.

Maybe Hitchens really is helping people who are uncomfortable doubting religious claims... I just feel that his aggressive and hyperbolic language can be counter-productive to his apparent goals.


The tenacity of Hitchens and Dawkins may seem malevolent, but they attack using language and logic instead of censorship, violence, and excommunication.

I much prefer that over the alternative.

Well I learned something new today. Mila Kunis is Ukrainian, and her Russian is awesome.

This was awesome, and having seen a lot of these makes me feel old.

I find it pretty amusing that There is a wikipedia page dedicated to people dying during an arbitrarily decided year.

I'm sure you can find famous singers/song writers who died at other ages as well.
