Thing is...speeding is illegal, yet most people just pay a fine and deal with points on the license. Just because you've done something illegal doesn't mean you go to jail.

However, the people claiming that abortion "should be illegal because it is murder" need to carefully process the grey areas. I agree that the interviewer had the edge via video edits, but the idea to ask them this question is quite clever.
