Yeah it's the end to their most recent episode. They were going to portray Mohamed, but at the last moment it was "censored." I think the point is that in America they can do such things with Jesus, and political figures, but it's is against national policy to apply similar criticism to Muslims. I would say that this represents voluntary censorship on the part of America, and is for that reason ab-horrible. How ludicrous such a policy would have seemed to our forefathers, although I doubt they would have supported South Park either.
