From what I've read the movie is supposedly extremely boring and bland, so this sounds more like a producer trying to get attention for a potential money loser.

I mean come on, "every country in the world" ? Am I to believe that distributors are fighting each other off for a film starring Paul Bettany and his wife in a movie about Charles Darwin?
