Vid w/Multiple clips but no playlist available
If someone found something like this, but one with no playlist available, and made a playlist with all 9 clips before posting it on the sift, provided they did not have anything else to do with the videos would this be considered self promotion under current sift rules

bl968This is now a topical post. I created a playlist for the two dateline videos about the dragon skin armor. This is a private playlist so is not visible on my youtube account. Neither of the two videos are on any accounts controlled by myself.
