I still don't get how YouTube can monetize embedded vids.. they can't slap ads on the end without upping the ante for copyright violation.

I think they should work in the copyright violations actually. Each time you see a video made by some kid using Jay Z latest hit, it would list it in a products recommendations sidebar.
